Please note that returning students who don't register by February 7, 2025, are not guaranteed their seat(s).
 
  • A $250 discount for the second child and a $500 discount for the third child are provided from the total tuition.
 
  • Discounts does not apply to preschool students.
 
  • If parents withdraw from the admissions process, the school will retain $250. If a student's application has been denied, the full registration fee will be refunded.
 
  • Textbooks are provided to each student during the academic year.
 
  • Tuition does not include supplemental expenses, including, but not limited to, uniforms, field trips, and supplies.
 
  • Tuition is due the first week of every month for 10 monthly installments.
 
  • No Tuition payment is refundable.
 
  • Students cannot register for the next academic year unless their tuition and fees from the 2024-2025 academic year have been paid.
Financial assistance is based on the demonstrated need of a family and is available to supplement family resources for those whose ability to pay school costs is limited. Merdinian is strongly committed to a generously-funded tuition assistance program that is designed to ensure that our educational offerings are open to academically qualified applicants regardless of their family's ability to afford the full tuition. Through our commitment to financial aid that is strictly need-based, we strive to maintain a socio-economically diverse student body and to ensure that our process of allocating aid is fair and equitable.

Applications for Financial Assistance consideration will be accepted until May 31, 2025. The designated budget for financial assistance will be applied to applicants who have a financial need (with tax returns and other supporting documents), have paid all previous balances, and meet the School’s financial assistance eligibility. Incomplete financial aid applications or applications submitted after May 31, 2024, will not be considered for assistance. All families who apply shall pay a $50 non-refundable application fee per family.
